Clinical Trials Unit (CTU) is a regional function offering guidance and research support in all phases of academic clinical research – from idea to publication. The advising is free of charge for all researchers in South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority and includes Good Clinical Practice (GCP), data management, monitoring, health economics, statistics, submissions, protocol writing and patient reported outcomes.

Costs for services provided by CTU in a clinical trial will depend on various factors such as the duration and complexity of the trial and the number of sites. You can find some examples here.
