Completion

Upon completion of study activities in accordance with the agreement, Inven2 is responsible for the financial completion of the study, including:

• Ensure final invoicing to the sponsor
• Ensure final settlement and distribution of remaining income in the study

Provide information to the project manager, department manager and finance manager that there will be no more income in the study

The project manager should send a message to post.kommunikasjon@ous-hf.no to register the study as completed at the hospital’s website and at helsenorge.no.

The study completion report (form to be accessed from the trial in folder in the REK portal) should be submitted to REK when the project is completed. The principal investigator (PI) or responsible researcher must send a copy of the report to godkjenning@ous-hf.no.
