OCBE is a joint center integrating the activities of the Department of Biostatistics at the University of Oslo and the Department of Biostatistics and Epidemiology at the Oslo University Hospital. We do research in a wide variety of methodological and applied statistics and epidemiology, we provide advising within clinical research methods including biostatistics and epidemiology along all stages of the research process, and we organize and teach courses at the Oslo University Hospital and the University of Oslo. OCBE is also part of the methodological and statistical support for clinical studies within the Clinical Trials Unit.
